Progressing Ballet TechniqueProgressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an exciting and innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program to safely train muscle memory for core stability, weight placement and alignment. Developed in Australia and used by dancers around the world, PBT utilises equipment such as balls and bands in a comprehensive programme of non-weight bearing floor and barre exercises, and used in conjunction with the Cecchetti Method, can produce strong, centred, artistic and technically accomplished dancers able to work with today’s directors across a spectrum of ballet and contemporary companies.

Our senior dancers are now working with PBT and we are really excited to be adding this new dimension to our training toolkit.
